Chung's Black Belt Academy Welcomes the
It is my honor and privilege to invite you once again to the Michigan Cup Championships hosted by the International Academy of Martial Arts Association, INC.! This coming year our 21st Annual Michigan Cup Tournament will be held on Saturday, September 25th starting at 8:00am at Hackett Catholic High School in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Michigan Cup is one of the largest Tae Kwon Do championships in the Great Lakes area and has gotten bigger and better with each consecutive year. Over the years, the Michigan Cup Championships have evolved into an international event as we also have participants from countries such as Canada, Bermuda, Korea, and Mexico who participate in this event.
As before, we will be using the USTU rules and regulations that have been established by the World Tae Kwon Do Federation.
Competitions will take place in three categories: breaking, sparring, and forms. Divisions are broken down by age, sex, rank, and weight. All Tae Kwon Do students are highly encouraged to attend this spectacular event.
